Young aspiring artists (ages 14-24) from Dakota & Ramsey County who are interested in taking the next step are encouraged to apply for this FREE year-round artist development program led by Chadwick “Niles” Phillips.
Engage in weekly individual or group virtual sessions where you will improve your original material, collaborate with others, build your social media, record, and perform while learning the in’s and out’s of the music industry.
As participants progress they will have the opportunity to utilize The Garage’s 2,000 sq ft recording studio to capture their original material. They will also participate in live stream performances every few weeks to showcase their original material.

This activity is made possible by the votes of Minnesota through grants from the Minnesota State Arts Board and the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
